Investments
Investments are a separate gameplay tab that uses in-game money. They do not replace missions, hacking, or virus income. They are another way to grow your balance over time or gamble it.
Exact prices, limits, returns, caps, and casino limits may change during balancing.
Properties
Properties are housing investments.
- Each property has a purchase value.
- Each property earns a percentage of its value per hour.
- Uncollected rent stops accumulating after the current collection cap.
- Players can hold a limited number of properties.
- Properties can be sold back for a percentage of their value.
- Stored rent is paid when rent is collected or when the property is sold.
Rent is transferred into the selected bank account and leaves a local log entry.
Funds
Funds are mutual fund style investments.
- Each fund has its own name, hourly return, and minimum investment.
- Players can add more money to an existing fund position.
- A fund can hold any amount of money unless game balance rules change.
- Fund returns accrue hourly and stop at the current collection cap.
- Players can collect returns into a bank account.
- Players can withdraw all or part of an invested fund balance.
Partial fund withdrawals leave the remaining principal invested. Stored returns are paid proportionally with the withdrawal.
Casino
The casino uses in-game money from a selected bank account.
Roulette
Roulette uses a single-zero table with numbers 0 through 36.
You choose a bet amount, click one or more table blocks, and then spin. The table shows the placed amount on each selected block before the spin.
Common bet types include:
- Single numbers
- Red or black
- Odd or even
- 1-18 or 19-36
- Dozens
Dice
Dice is a simple casino game using the configured casino limits and house edge.
Blackjack
Blackjack is played against the dealer. Deal starts a hand, then use hit or stand until the hand resolves.
Logs
Investment collections, withdrawals, property sales, and casino results can write local logs with the amount and bank account used.
